Operations Director, Fitness Instructor
Rowan regularly instructs a variety of fitness classes and conducts personal training services. Before joining Movement Unleashed in 2013, he instructed parkour for 2 years with the New Zealand Parkour Association.
Ever since I was young, I’ve always enjoyed obstacle courses, running around like a monkey, and playing games and watching movies which feature such movement. When I realised what parkour was, and that it brought this movement together, I joined in and met a lot of new faces. I wanted to teach others to also become fit and healthy through movement, so I completed a Diploma in Sports Management and Exercise Prescription at the New Zealand Institute of Sports (NZIS) and currently also work at Exodus Health and Fitness Club. What I will bring to Movement Unleashed is functional movement though MovNat, and strength and conditioning through what I learnt at NZIS. Hope to see you guys out in the field!
Jack is a young instructor with a wide background in parkour, martial arts, and dance.
I’ve been involved with the New Zealand Parkour community since my childhood. I’ve trained all over the country, and know pretty much everyone! For the moment, my life revolves around my training and instructing, and I’ll be out jumping around Wellington most days. Hopefully, I’ll see you guys out there!
Shelley is a fitness instructor at Star Holistic Fitness Studio where she teaches yoga, pilates, and holistic coaching services.
Max is passionate about getting people active through fitness from a functional perspective. He is a MovNat Level 2 Certified Trainer, and holds a degree in Sports Business Management from Massey University. Before joining Movement Unleashed in 2013, he instructed parkour for 2 years with the New Zealand Parkour Association.
